Evans Real-time Information Gateway System
The Evans Real-time Information Gateway System™ mobile application for Android devices, or simply eRIGS™ for short, allows drivers to view and accept loads that have been assigned to them via the Dispatch Grid in the Evans Agent Portal, as well as electronically update the status of accepted loads and capture proof of delivery and other billing documents (via an on-screen signature method or by camera capture of paper documents) and transmit them directly into the Evans system from the field. Stops working
The app still does not work properly at times. Will rotate pictures (proof of delivery) at times for no reason. There are times you cannot send proof of delivery because the app thinks there's too much white spaces or dark spaces in it because of the filter it runs through. Still needs quite a bit of work.
The app is not working on my new 5g phone, what's going on. I can't access my loads
Definitely cool app.. would like to be able to access older completed loads..
It's a great app but I think It should have the ability To print pod before signing. Some warehouse want paper In hand. They don't want to wait for email. Also app should Have the ability to put how many pallets unloaded. Some Warehouse want to write that Before they sign.
It keep ask to change password
Who ever designed this app is ignorant to what driver's common dutys actually are. Duty Status options need improvement. Drivers should be able to copy & paste addresses to his records. Buffers should be lengthened so the dispatcher can offer up more information. On multi stops - THERE ARE NO MULTI STOP FIELDS!
This app needs updating keep closing with uploading information and not working correctly
Edit: the app is updated to the newest version and im still experiencing difficulties. The uploading process DOES NOT WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ive uninstalled and reinstalled this app. Ive tried multiple times to upload documents and it does nothing. Please fix this, i want to get paid by my company!!!!!!!!!!! This app SUCKS!! It is very frustrating when the app doesn't want to accept the load.
